How do I withdraw money ?

if your 31 referrals you say are showed here http://www.get-paid.com/offers.phpindex.php?myref=true as REFERRALS status, if they're active they will be paid next friday ;-)

Refferals must complete at least 1 offer on GPTreasure in order for you to get paid for them. This system avoids, Auto-Reffering, and abusing the website. Ask the persons you reffered to complete offers and be a little active.

To change your paying method, if you first selected Paypal, you have to send a "private message" to admin, asking for a payment method exchange.

you don't have payment ID because the first time you've to register your payment id here is when you complete any offer and submit it in your offers list...

That's correct.
You do need to complete at least one offer before starting to refer others, we do that in order to prevent members to abuse our site, register an account and refer non-existing users, I do apologise if that caused you any inconvenience.
