i was making some offers but i and i clicked accidently on submit two times so i make one offer but the other offer i cant make and is submitted and another question my brother want to make an gptreasure account to but we have same ip can i send him a refferal link without me getting banned? and were are the international offers

i think for 2 offers that you didn't completed you will not get paid for it.

for 2 question, no! you can't open 2 account from 1 pc (1 adress IP).you can reffer your brother in case that he is in another house or city.
