"Active members will get a nice bonus" what does this mean?

I just came by the gold club today and wanted to read the explination of the gold club, and after reading everything i was thinking what does this mean :

Are there any bonuses given away for good activity?

Sure!
Users who provide good activity will be provided with nice bonuses & prizes as well !

Your situation is observed, pay u for your good work can be done.. :-)

Good activity is bringing referrals (ACTIVE ones) to our site, participating in our forums, etc.

I can suggest if you're from Denmark and have Danish friends then we'd be happy to award you a bonus for them especially because we don't have many members from Denmark, and perhaps this could get expanded to us opening a Danish forum likewise.
