referrals don´t appear in my account

Hello, I have a problem with referrals, the user xxjess registered in Get-Paid through my referral link, but he doesn't appear as my referral in my referrals list and he has already received his first cash. He has the same problem with another friend

The same is happening to me. I can't see my referrals... I know for sure 2 people that signed up using my link but they don't show up in my referral list.

They must be active in order for them to show up in your list, I experienced this kind of confusion too, But then I ask my friend to start earning and booom, I saw his name in the list,

I am not in my referer's downline and I 've received 2 payments.
In the other hand, I have at least one referral and he is not in my downline. He said to me he is active.

If you have referred someone and he completed at least 1 offer / survey / task you should see his name and actions in your downline, please wait for admin's response, he will check it for you.
