I just checked your profile and it says you've earned 0 dollars. The reason the payment is "on hold" is because the advertiser/get-paid couldn't track the offer/offers. There might be several reason for that to occur, but the most common one is if you haven't done the offer properly. Remember to read description carefully, and you should also clear your cookies once in a while. My best suggestion is to keep trying, and I hope your offers will approve in the future.
