I have sent a support ticket but someone replied to me that my issue has been forwarded to the admin but again still no answer from him.

I have completed the offer but no coins are credited. I have also doubts about this company and since the initial complaint has been filed since March i wonder why you didn't protect your members by removing this offer.

Let me be clear. The advertised site is fishy. And since it claims that is registered in the UK you should be double aware.

The support finally addressed my issue which was resolved. However, i still have a doubt for the company advertised. The offices in London as they claim seem virtual and also they require you to pay cancellation fee if you are not satisfied by the service while it's not clear from the account panel that the subscription is being renewed automatically. I think that's how some people here thought that they don't need to cancel the subscription.
