serious issue with samplicio and paymentwall surveys

21-08-2012 13:14
Dear Support,

since some weeks I see a serious issue with market-cube.com driven surveys mainly distributed
via samplicio and paymentwall.

Each of these surveys fails completion right at the end after correctly filling out the whole survey with
an error message about a missing endpage at market-cube.com.

A screen cap of the error you can find under the following url (that one is from a
samplicio survey offer I did just minutes ago) :

i45.tinypic.com/1zgq0iu.jpg

You can imaging how annonying it is after 20 - 30 minutes not been credited for his work.
Within the last 3 weeks i´ve lost more than 10 dollars only out of that error and another one
telling me right at the end of the survey that there are to many redirects errorcode 310.

I cleared cookies and used different browsers.

Could you pls discuss these internal and forward it to the relevant entities.

For me right now Im wasting a lot of time with stuff that Im not credited for it
looks like some companies begin to systematically cheat / betray.

I love your site and I know that you arent responsable how these companies driving
there offers but it has come to a point where nearly 50 percent of my work isnt credited
and we have to find a solution.

Very kind regards,
trafalga

Hi Trafalga,

I have reported this issue to those who are in charge of the surveys and they should respond to us very soon with some more information, and once I have some more relevant information I will make sure you will get it.

In the meantime I suggest you don't complete any "Market Cube" nor "Samplicious" surveys and you are more than welcome to complete the other surveys in our site which do not have such issues.

Thanks!

We appreciate your patience and here is the reply from our Samplicious advertiser.

"The screenshot your user referred to is a Google search for the url of an endpage at Market Cube, not an page he reached. So of course Google would not have any results for that search.

It seems that your user was disqualified from a survey, or surveys, and feels he should be credited. As you know, we would have no idea why a person was or was not qualified. Surveys may disqualify a respondent for any number of reasons. Taking too long to complete a survey, completing a survey too fast or answering a question wrong that is put in place to see if the user is actually paying attention or some of the most common reasons a person would be disqualified during a survey.

In addition, your user seems to be from Germany. We have never had any completions from Samplicio come out of that country.

This may also have just been an error on Market Cube's endpage that did not properly redirect back to Samplicious and to us for credit. If this is the case you will still receive credit when final leads from this month are sent to us. We credit all completions that are reported to us whether they reached our end pages or not.

We have not received any similar complaints from our members and Samplicious seems to be working fine on our end, but I will be on the lookout and contact them if the problem continues".

Please let us know if you have any other questions and we are still waiting to hear back from our advertiser on the issue with"Market Cube" , thanks.

Dear Admin,

thanx for your update these errors have nothing to do with a disqualification as they happen everytime at the end of the survey -100 percent level-. Its a clear misconfiguration nothing else. Wait and lets see what market cube as the originator stats about. If its the same nonsens I will stay away from these timeconsuming *****.

Very kind regards,
