There are a lot of reasons why Offer/Survey stays pending. So please click here if you need more details on why Offer/Surveys are pending. We recommend you to redo an Offer/Survey if the pending status changes to "Not Tracked" .

Offers which are left on "PENDING" status for more than 48 hours are likely not to be approved, but please take this as a guideline only, as some offers can be approved once a week as well on certain days.
