for some offers i can't submit becouse they have no survey in my country ex palmsearch laboratory i sign up but i can't submit they have nosurvey in my area...it's necesary to complete 1 survey fot that offer?

i don't understand you...
you can only complete your country offers, international and gold(if you are)

if for example palmsearch isnt in http://www.get-paid.com/offers.php in your country or international nor gold offers you can't complete it.
