status paid, but did not receive the money

I have the status as paid. But I have not received the money. Help please!

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but due to fault in our system, some members who had WebMoney payments requested might see their status as "Paid" even though the payment hasn't been made. Please contact us and let us know the amount that is missing so we could re-issue the payment.

I have paypal account. I have received nothing.

9 days without receiving payment. Says paid but the money did not arrive.
I got tired of writing. Do not lie to us. If we are going to pay to be honest. Do not play with our times. This is a shame. I thought that this website was serious.
