status "cashoutpaid" but no money

Hello. I made a withdrawal of 434 coins to my paypal account on december 9, the status went from "pending" to "work" and finally to "cashoutpaid" but i still don't have money on my PayPal account. I've checked and the email is 100% correct. Are the payments slow right now or there's something wrong on my end?

I didn't recieve anything on PayPal but i have the coins i tried to withdrew back (plus it doesn't show in the activities tab that i tried to withdrew anything on december 9 now), so i'm assuming i should try to withdraw again

We investigated the problem and PayPal informed us the following:

Currently PayPal accounts in Ukraine are only able to send payments. This recipient is not eligible to receive funds.

We therefore returned the coins to your account, please try to cashout using a different method such as WebMoney etc.
You would need to change your payment method first before cashing out, you can do that in your Account Settings page.

Thank you for invistigating the problem, i didn't even suspect that would be the problem. I changed my payment method to WebMoney and made a withdrawal.

You can cashout at any level whenever you have 250 coins. Good luck!
