my suggestion is, that you would pay from bugs the

It's a good suggestion, but in general USAGC doesn't mention credit-card.

Bidster requires a cellphone for sure? I've seen it and it's only a simple registration process, they don't send you SMS to register, do they?

Correct, but that's not a 'big deal' in my opinion like a credit-card, no? Please correct me if you think I'm wrong.
