Can you please explain what do you mean by "I try earn but not earn" ?

It mean I completed task and didn't earn , then I tried again but did'n earn

Check your account now, you have been paid for the tasks you completed, and I do apologise we had a delay processing our payments, all details about this can be found in our Announcements Forum (for today, the 3rd of February).
