maybe the problem is that your referrals aren't active, amin4tiamo, your referrals have to be active in order to get paid for them ;-) please next time follow the rules...

I think he is upset with the fact his referrals were rejected so he doesn't want to return to our site because of it - very soon we will change our referral program so members will get paid %%% per what their referrals do and not just a fixed 10c per referral - this 10c per referrals has proven to be annoying, full of complaints and definitely not a win-win situation, we have no interest in non-active referrals.

Anyways this is going to change very soon, until then we'll do our best to please the members where we can but where we can't like in this example then there's not much we can do. I hope it makes it all clear now.
