unable to add paypal account details

Hi.

i am facing a serious issue to add paypal account details. i got a error that my paypal account is already exist with another account but i have activated my paypal account just two days back. and i have only one account on get-paid.com. i don't have multiple account.

my get-paid account username is "zareen".
my paypal ID is ""

Kindly look out my problem and solve as soon as possible.
