was asked to retake the offer but..

hiya, I completed an offer about Meritus University. But the system says they weren't able to track it. The instructions asked me to complete the offer again using a different email. I also cleared the cookies before logging in again but the offer is not on the page anymore.

So, where do I go from here? Will I still be able to complete the offer or should I just let it be?

Hope someone can help me with this. Thanks.

The offer has expired.
In this case you can send us a proof of completion of the offer but I know most people don't receive any confirmation from the advertiser.

Do you have any proof you signed-up with them somewhere?
Also, they scrubbed (rejected) many registrations with profiles that don't match their criterias.

I also did not receive any confirmation email. However, I do remember thinking that the Offer description is different from the site on the link.

I mean the Offer said its a subscription for Meritus University but when I clicked the banner link, it leads me to FreeStuffAsia.com..

Oh, I see.
So when you participated in this offer you were actually redirected to another offer, so by the time you tried to complete it the offer was already expired.

In that case there is no missing commission really, but I do apologise we had a broken link back then, it sometimes takes us time to notice that and remove the offer accordingly.

Brings me to my original question, should I just let it be?
I still have that "Click Here" status on my page asking me to complete the expired offer.

Thanks for responding!^_^

Well, I would say so, unless if you have another suggestion for us? I do apologise for these broken links and redirections, it's something that happens due to broken links.

I dont mind it on my page. Its just something minor. However, I would really appreciate it if I was informed when there's a new International offer or new offers for my country available. That would give me the chance to complete an offer in place for that redirected one.
