Dear Sir / Ma'am

I understand about the delay.. but i don't understand why my Cash out is gone? it's 1week pass and i don't receive my payment... I always look to "my earnings" all my Cash out history change into Approved and the money did not return to my account..

It's really matters to me . please respond thanks!!
