i cant. the notification i just happened to see it as i logged in. it appeared in the scrolling just credited screen on the homepage where you usually see everyone's offers crediting.

i do have a screenshot now but it's not letting me post it because i havent made enough posts in the forum or something,but it now says level 6 ,i saw somebody else's say level 14 on just credited too.it's seems to be going up when people log in.
