what is mean by status "work"

i have submit some offers but in the earning tab in front of my offer it say "work" what this mean and when i will get pay

Admin is checking it,after tueday-wednesday it will change to "paid" or "click here" that means its disapprove,

Please consult other post,i already wrote this 5 times!
