when i cahsed out here then it showed cashout but now its shows there pending what it means plz someone expalin me.

"Pending" status is about your offers/surveys that pending approval,
Please wait 24 - 48 hours for offers to approve. If you don't receive credit please try redoing them but be sure to clear your browsers cookies before redoing them.
