transferring money from alertpay to paypal

Soon Im gonna have some money in Alertpay and I want to transfer it to paypal.

Does some1 know a trusted site that can transfer money from alertpay to paypal?
I dont want to use credit card.

Another thing- if some1 want money in alertpay and willing to give money in paypal, send me a private messege.

To transfer money from alertpay to paypal you can use the site www.move-funds.com

There is a fee, like 7% or 8% I don't remember

To use this site I need to verify my paypal and alertpay account, but im not using credit card.

When im trying to use move-funds it says I need to upgrade my paypal or alertpay account, but how do they know my account isn't upgraded?
