If you want you can buy a Virtual Credit Card, you can find it for $10,00 ,depending on the site, and it is used to verify paypal.

I found one that accept E-Gold, but not paypal.

And of course they accept unverified accounts

Well, if you are so desperate to exchange the money from AlertPay to PayPal... I might be able to do that for you! Even though I really don't like to do this kind of thing...

There is also another way to transfer money from AlertPay to PayPal, if you have a bank account you could transfer the money from AlertPay to the bank account and then move the money to the PayPal. Of course, it would take a hell long time!(Probably like two weeks at most) But it's secure...

nope i dont think so ... and plz dont use move-funds you will end up with upgraded a/c in both alertpay and paypal , and still your transfer doesnt happen ...finally i have 2 contact them 2 downgrade my a/c
